We take a non-refundable security deposit at your time of booking.

We are extremely sensitive to and aware of the risks of operating our business in a COVID-19 environment. We maintain minimum 2 days between rentals and our professional cleaning team properly disinfects all surfaces. We maintain strict controls on the chain of custody of our linens. All our staff visiting properties are equipped with masks, gloves, and sanitizer. We take COVID-19 very seriously, we hope you do too!

Every Collingwood Luxury Rentals Chalet has a maximum number of guests permitted to book. You are welcome to invite day time guests to any of our rental Chalets in Collingwood, Blue Mountain, or surrounding areas.
You are not permitted additional guests to spend the night. Only those guests listed on Chalet Rental Agreements are permitted to stay overnight at our Rental Chalets. This protects our Chalet owners and renters.

Every Collingwood Luxury Rentals Chalet has a maximum number of guests permitted to book. As long as you do not exceed the max numbers of guests included in your listing agreement, you are welcome to request to book any of our Rental Chalets in Collingwood, Blue Mountain, or surrounding areas.
